Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
These terms cover your use of themoodcap.com and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who we are
Mood is a cap brand based in Cairo, Egypt, selling online at themoodcap.com.
Contact: mood.caps16@gmail.com, 01095024279
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order, normally during the confirmation call.
We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price or description was listed in error, we cannot verify your details, or we suspect fraud or repeated refused deliveries. If you have already paid, you get a full refund.
Prices
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds and include tax where it applies. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you confirm.
We can change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Products
We photograph our caps as accurately as we can. Colours can look different between screens, and our caps are garment washed, so small variations in shade and fade between individual pieces are normal and not defects.
All caps are one size, with an adjustable strap.
Payment
Cash on Delivery is available across every area we ship to. Card payment is processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Coupons
Coupons apply only while valid, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be limited to one per order or one per customer. We can withdraw a code at any time for misuse.
Your account and details
You are responsible for giving us a correct phone number and address. Orders that fail because the details were wrong are not our responsibility, and any re-delivery cost is yours.
Intellectual property
All designs, embroidery artwork, photographs, and text on this site belong to Mood. Do not copy, reproduce, or resell them.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect losses, courier delays outside our control, or misuse of the product.
Nothing here limits your rights under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order is the one that applies.
