When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and email if you give one. If you pay by card, our payment provider handles the payment and we never receive your card number.
We also collect basic analytics about how people use the site.
Why we collect it
- To process, confirm, and deliver your order
- To contact you about that order
- To handle returns, exchanges, and complaints
- To improve the site
We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Our courier, which needs your name, address, and phone to deliver
- Our payment provider, for card payments
- Nobody else. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and any warranty or return claim, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email mood.caps16@gmail.com and we will respond within 14 days.
Deleting your data may mean we cannot process an open order or return.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working and to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart will stop working.
Security
We use HTTPS across the site and limit who can see order data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously.
